Will I be unconscious?

No. Hypnosis is not sleep and you won’t be unconscious. Your body will be deeply relaxed while you remain aware and in control throughout. You can hear everything, respond and come out of it at any time.
What if I can’t be hypnotised?

Most people enter a hypnotic state naturally many times during the day, so most people can be hypnotised. You’ll require a willingness and ability to follow simple guidance.
Is it safe? Will I lose control?

Yes. Hypnotherapy is a safe, non-invasive process. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will, and you can end the session at any time – you cannot get stuck. Regression sessions can bring up strong emotions as part of the healing process.
How many sessions do I need?

Clinical sessions may require four sessions to see a shift. Regression and soul-level work usually only need one session, but some people return as they find value in the process.
