      You don’t need an account – a session link will be provided to you.

    • A headset with a working microphone
      Clear communication is essential – you’ll need to hear me, and I’ll need to hear you. Yes, you can talk while in hypnosis!

      Your willingness and determination to make a permanent shift are key to the process.

    1. Will I be made to cluck like a chicken?
      Absolutely not. Clinical hypnotherapy is vastly different from stage hypnosis, which is designed for entertainment. In a therapeutic session, you remain in control at all times, and the focus is on healing and personal growth, not entertainment or performance.

    2. Is hypnosis mind control?
      Not at all. Hypnosis is a collaborative process where the hypnotherapist guides you into a relaxed state to access your inner resources and insights. It works with your consent and cooperation, and you are always an active participant in the process.

    3. Is hypnosis dangerous?
      Hypnosis is a natural and safe state of focused awareness. You experience similar states daily, like when you’re engrossed in a book or driving on autopilot. Clinical hypnotherapy is conducted by trained professionals to ensure your comfort and safety.

    4. Can I get ‘stuck’ in hypnosis?
      No, you cannot get stuck. If for any reason the session is interrupted, you would naturally return to full awareness on your own.
